01
Overview
This website exists to explain DietMaxx, provide contact routes, and direct visitors toward the mobile product, beta, waitlist, or future launch destinations.
The website should collect only the information needed for those purposes and should not present itself as a medical or diagnostic service.
02
What data this site may collect
If you submit the contact form, DietMaxx may receive your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, and message content.
If optional analytics are enabled, the site may also record event-level usage signals such as CTA clicks, support-link clicks, or contact-form submissions.
If spam protection is enabled, the site may also process technical verification signals and connection-level request patterns to reduce automated abuse of the contact form.
03
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to reply to messages, review beta or partnership inquiries, and improve how the website routes visitors into the product.
Analytics events, when enabled, are used to understand which pages or calls to action are most helpful. They are not intended to support sensitive health profiling on this website.
04
Third-party services
The site is prepared to use Resend for contact-form delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification, and PostHog for lightweight analytics. Those integrations should only be enabled after the relevant environment variables and policies are configured.
External beta, support, community, or app-store links may lead to third-party pages that operate under their own privacy terms.
05
Retention and contact
Keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle the relevant conversation or business process.
For privacy-related questions, use hello@dietmaxx.app until a dedicated privacy mailbox is configured.
