Template-based plans don't always hold up in real life. So we built for flexibility: adaptive macros, training-aware meal timing, sleep-caffeine correlation — all tracked as one connected system.

WHY

Nutrition, hydration, and recovery work as one connected system in the body — but they're rarely tracked that way. Athletes who care about performance often end up spreading it across separate apps.
